Are you intrigued to find out what your life might be like without alcohol? Or maybe you're already living a booze-free lifestyle?

No Beers? Who Cares! is an online and in-person community focused on sober socializing and getting outside. Not an anti-alcohol campaign, we're a pro-mindfulness initiative.

When you register for No Beers? Who Cares! you're signing up to thriving without alcohol for a period of time  - 100%
This means not a sip, gulp, shot, flask, tipple, handle, can, bottle, glass, thimble, nip... for the length of your sign-up. Yup, we're about commitment.
And, you're joining a community of people who want to meet, socialize and thrive, minus the booze - online and in person.
There's a shift around the world as people understand how incredible life can be - without drinking and it's time to bring that high vibration to New Zealand. Initiator Claire Robbie (Jack & Olive Retreats, yoga/meditation teacher and journalist) says it's an amazing step towards living more mindfully.

"What we've seen is that giving up alcohol is a keystone habit. A keystone habit is one that unlocks your full well-being potential. Just a few of the benefits of going alcohol-free such as extra energy, motivation, vitality, productivity, money, and time, will begin to pave the way to the life you have always dreamed of."

NBWC isn’t about making anyone feel bad about drinking. It’s a movement towards shifting attitudes around how and why we drink, and helping people become more aware of their beliefs and habits and having a freaking good time doing so.

It's not about giving something up, but seeing how much you gain.

We want our members to continue getting out and about, maybe even doing more than they used to. The No Beers? Who Cares! social calendar will include monthly social events, outdoor activities, fitness events, mindful speed-dating and much more. We'll also have special access to discounts on gyms, yoga, restaurants, music and entertainment. The online community will support and encourage each other as we all evolve into our potential.

Each month we host a NBWC Mixer at a local hotspot where people can mix, mingle and practice their sober socialising. Believe it or not, the best version of you isn’t the drunk version. Often you find you’re a funnier, more relaxed, open version of yourself without alcohol – we just need to practice and feel comfortable with it.

A big part of what we're doing is creating an online community where all our members will be able to share stories, tips and support each other. All members will be sent weekly mindfulness newsletter and can join the online community once registered.
