Join us for another evening of education and inspiration at boutique wellness hub, MovementLAB and of course treats and teas from Libertine Blends.

Jess Weller - of The WELLer Network will be speaking about The Power of Purpose. Diagnosed with an agressive form of breast cancer at 27, whilst on her O.E in London but this didn't slow Jess down. In fact, it put her on a path that has helped change and save lives, and also shift the mindset of many. Jess has even shared her persepctive and experience at TedXSquareMile.

And then we're all about our amazing bodies!! What does booze really do to you??

Feel Fresh Nutrition's owner Abbie O'Rourke and Emily White will be covering everything you need to know about nutrition and alcohol. They will get to the nitty-gritty of what booze does to our bodies. They'll offer a nutritionists perspective on drinking, a physiological insight of what happens to your body and cover topics such as:

How alcohol can affect your digestion - The relationship between weight gain and alcohol. - How to avoid nutritional problems caused by alcohol. - Health and hangovers - what is the solution?

This is going to be an amazing night full of laughter, stories and love - you'll also learn a few incredible things about what alcohol does to you. Space is limited so please register for your ticket ASAP.
